The new Rain Bird SST1200OUT Timer is a simple-to-set indoor/outdoor sprinkler/irrigation controller that offers enhanced features and programming options. This improved model replaces the obsolete SST1200O.

Designed with intuitive, zone-by-zone settings, the SST1200OUT allows for customized watering schedules specific to each area of your yard, resulting in greener results with less water. The timer controls up to 12 valves, with watering times ranging from 0 to 240 minutes per zone.

The user-friendly interface enables quick and easy programming. Simply turn the dial to each zone to set custom days of the week, odd or even days, or a cycle number of days independent of other zones. The timer can be programmed for up to four custom watering times per day, ensuring proper irrigation for slopes and clay soils.

The large LCD screen and easy-to-read LED indicator lights make it easy to review all settings. Additional features include a "Seasonal Adjust" function that allows for up to a 100% increase in watering time during hot, dry months or a 90% reduction during cool, rainy periods. The "Rain Delay" function suspends watering for up to 72 hours, automatically resuming programming once the delay ends.

For added convenience, the "Water 1 Zone Now" and "Water All Zones Now" buttons allow for manual watering of a single zone for up to 180 minutes or all zones for the duration of the first programmed time.

Engineered for superior durability, the SST1200OUT features built-in surge protection to guard against damage from lightning strikes or power surges. The weather-resistant cabinet and sealed case ensure protection from moisture, insects, and grime, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

The timer is compatible with most 24 VAC irrigation valves and supports a master valve, pump start relay, and rain sensor. It comes complete with a weather-resistant cabinet, removable 6-foot power cord, and an integrated transformer for easy installation.
