[Why the WiFi water timer doesn't work?] 1) Check the battery condition. The timer ONLY uses 4*AAA (1.5V) Alkaline batteries (not included). Do not use rechargeable lithium batteries or mixed-use old and new batteries, as this may cause malfunction. 2) If the valve does not shut off or flow out, press the button on the WiFi hose timer to activate Manual Watering. Repeat manual watering a few times to reset the solenoid valve. 3) If the hose faucet inlet/outlet leaks, ensure the faucet/garden hose connector is US NHT 3/4", the washer is installed correctly in the inlet, the inlet is connected correctly to the faucet, and strengthen the connection with teflon tape.
